ERASMUS+ Programs
Erasmus+ is the European Union’s flagship programme dedicated to advancing education, training, youth development, and sports across Europe and beyond. With an ambitious budget of €26.2 billion for the 2021-2027 cycle—double the investment of the previous period—Erasmus+ is poised to create lasting impacts in key areas such as social inclusion, digital transformation, sustainability, and civic engagement.
Key Priorities of Erasmus+ (2021–2027)
Social Inclusion: Supporting equitable access to education and fostering participation from all societal groups.
Green Transformation: Integrating sustainability into education and aligning with environmental goals.
Digital Transition: Enhancing digital competencies through modern education and training approaches.
Youth Participation: Encouraging young people to engage in democratic and societal development.
Aligned with major European initiatives like the European Education Area, Digital Education Action Plan, and European Skills Agenda, Erasmus+ also strengthens the European Social Rights Pillar, implements the EU Youth Strategy (2019–2027), and enhances the European dimension in sports.
