The Directorate of International Relations (DOIR) at the University of Duhok (UoD) plays a pivotal role in advancing the university's international presence and fostering global collaborations. By aligning with UoD’s strategic objectives, DOIR oversees the establishment and management of Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with leading institutions and organizations worldwide. DOIR’s Role in Managing MOUs
