About OPATEL

The Online Platform for Academic Teaching and Learning (OPATEL) is an Erasmus+ project co-funded by the European Union. It aims to enhance education in Iraq and Iran by integrating Information and Communication Technology (ICT) into teaching and learning processes. This initiative is pivotal for modernizing higher education in the region, addressing challenges such as limited access to technology, outdated teaching methods, and the lack of teacher training in 21st-century competencies.
