The University of Duhok (UoD) continues to expand its global partnerships by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine Cluj-Napoca (USAMV), Romania. This agreement represents a milestone in international collaboration, strengthening joint research, faculty and student exchanges, and cultural engagement between the two institutions.
